Keep the cars in proportion. Your pictures are all scaled and stretched and skewed.
Use Photoshop. It will allow you to do a lot more. If you ARE using Photoshop, then utilize this site: http://www.good-tutorials.com/
And however you are saving it, you got some major compression and pixelation issues going on.

yea i know..cutting and pasting just seems too plain...i wanna do some tight *** back grounds with the pics....but still a noob with photoshop

you need to keep the pic ratio the same when you adjust the size. If your using photoshop, try learning how to blend the images together. Also, the upper right hand corner is kinda tacky.
