97 ek, can i swap to 4dr rear door handle to remove the keyhole?

so, im trying to remove the key holes, and i was wondering if it is possible to just swap it to the 4dr (REAR door handles?
where can i find a damn EK CLOCK!?

yes you can swap the handles

you find the clock in europe, because the ones from japan have housings molded for rhd consoles
