That is a pro-fab, its a copy of the smsp, i believe. Not bashing, they openly state this in the product description.

PRO Fab Sms style "killah" Headers
Street / Race headers. available for LS / B16 / Type R / GSR applications. one of the best headers out on the market comes jet coated for less heat. 2.5 " collector gains the most HP. dyno tested and proven to work! These are headers similar as used in Jerry Built street / race beasts.
$495 shipped

Yes, this is the one I am talking about. Looking at the flange, does it bolt directly to the stock/aftermarket exhaust flange location, eliminating the need for a cat or test pipe? I'm liking the ground clearance capabilities. Does anyone have actual numbers or dyno plots? Thanks

Looks like a Smsp copy Except for the flange.

i have this header. worked pretty good.
i wished i took pics of the ports inside the header. the welds stick out. i think if i took a rotary tool and cleaned it up i would see more gains. i'll see then its warmer out i might try it out.

you will need to have a flex pipe put in or something so you dont run a risk of cracking this header. caz theres no flex joint like oem style just a flange.

details on my motor here

the bung for the o2 sensor was pretty far way so i had to extend the wires for the o2 sensor to reach. but if you buy a ngk replacment from like sparkplugs.com it comes with plenty of slack so it plugs in and no worries about splicing and ****.

this header heats up fast!! it dont take long after starting the car you can feel the heat coming from the header if you stick your hand over it.
the piping is alittle in the thin side it was alot lighter then my jdm dc sports header and also alot longer.

reason i have one and sold my brand new jdm dc sports one was of the fact that this header layout in general usually shows good gains. i figure if i pay 250(thanks titanmotorsports ) for the jdm dc sports header its going to get dented and all fucked up in a few months why not spend alittle more and get a header that will show bigger gains and better ground clerance.

i pay 420 shiped for this header from sparkracing. when it first came out. i dunno if you can still get that price or not prolly not i dunno...

im running a fluidyne so i had to trim this area it might not be so bad if you have a stock rad

it hugs the oil pan its basically touching it. gettin the header in there was a bitch. i had to take my ac compressor off to clear it. i had to take one bolt off the flywheel cover and the front lower bracket( the one that bolts to the motor to the tranny) so it will clear.
took some screaming, kicking, and stuff to get it in there

i was driving around to work and etc. open header for 2 weeks on a stock oem b16 header. and i got this header soon as i bolted it on and took a drive i felt gains all over. but that was the butt dyno so i dunno. and the stock b16 header is hella restrictive...

So is this just your opinion?I'm curious why would the 2.5" collector make the most power. Its not a 4 into 1 is it?Because if it is. A 2.5" collector is to big. Also a merge collector would make a few ponies more.

We have been selling over 50 headers in the past 6 months.. they have great hp for the buck... no complaints ... We have tested them agaisnt hy-tech and lost 6 hp but for the $$$$ it did its job. We have a new header we have been testing that made 12 more than the hy-tech.. WATCH OUT..!! coming soon. dyno numbers will be posted soon.... too much work and not enough time. We have nothing to hide. the price is down to $425 shipped and we stock plenty of them.
