Which turbo to get...Can not decide...which turbo to use....

PT70 with a .68 or .81 a/r P-Trim------It will be new
T4/T66 ball bearing .81 a/r------it will be used...(might have potential of smoking)
Full-Race T4/T67 .68a/r---------it will be new

This will be going in a H22 Hatch and I do not want to have to use Nitrous for spool up.

I am looking for a turbo that will atleast be capable of producing 650whp+ and good spool up at around 5000-5500rpm or so.
