things to do for a 03 Si?
I just picked up a 03 Si, and I am curious if there is anything that is recommended to do right off the bat, like change oil, better trans fluid, things along those lines. TIA

Well, I don't want to mess around with the body, I was never one to add body kits or lowering springs or anything like that. The tires are a good suggestion, I know the tread is decent on the ones I have, and I think those are the ones that came with it off the lot.
Anything else you all can think of? I know I have been reading a lot on here about GM Synchromesh being a lot better trans fluid than the Honda stuff, would it be a good idea to change that out? Bear in mind I have never driven a stick before, but I'm not exactly killing the clutch I have (saved that for my bosses Jeep
)
