Default Throwing a code 67...ok to run the car?

Code 67 catalyst efficiency below threshold. My car only has 30k mi and it says there is a problem with my catalyst system. Will this trigger my car to run in open loop mode? Are there any reasons I should not drive it in this mode? I should be taking it to the dealer soon, but for another reason. One more thing for them to fix I guess.

By the way I have no aftermarket exhaust or cat.

Code 67 does not affect the cars performance.

Have you done many high speed events or a lot of dragging with the car?
