Default Anyone mount they're ignition box inside the cabin?

I was thinking about mounting my Digital 6 behind the glove box; Mainly just because I have NO room in the engine bay.

Anyone else have theirs mounted inside? If so, where?

When I got my gsr, i found an msd 6a mounted under the drivers seat. . .i had no idea it was there until i started vaccuuming. . .it wasnt hooked up, but i think it was at one point. . .i just moved it to the engine bay. . . I dont think the previous owner had any problems with it there. . soo, ya, go for it

i had one behined the glove box.. there is a brace that you can attach it to quite nicely. I think it's better in the cabin.. it wont see drastic temperature changes like it would in the engine bay..

the box actually makes noise but i'm sure someone with your setup wont mind or wont hear it.

the black brace right behined the glove box.. mount it on the back side of it - the installation instructions on the bottom of the unit will be facing you.

I had mine mounted in the same place on my hatch. Just keep wiring out of the way for your passengers.

Haha, awesome....I'll be getting a 6A in a few days, I was wondering where in the hell I was going to mount it...cuz there sure as hell isn't ANY room in the engine bay. I'm going to struggle to find a place for the Blaster SS Coil. I didn't even think of mounting the box in the passenger compartment...but I'm going to do it now.

On my 1997 coupe I hid it in the kickpanel that goes by the drivers feet.

Fit in there perfectly and this was the big *** MSD 6al BTM.

edit....I have the MSD for sale if anyone's interested. Has boost timing retard etc....

I have my AEM C2DI and AEM W/B mounted in my glove box with a computer pan mounted to the back of the glove box. I have the fan setup so that any time the C2DI is on the fan is on.
