i would first take off ur aftermarket crank pulley, put ur stock crank pulleyback on and then fix the slipping while ur at it. The stock harmonic dampner on the stock pulley keeps the vibreations down on the crank. People have noticed increased bearing wear the aftermarket crank pulleys.

this is still debatable especially on balanced engines, although I would not put an aftermarket crank pulley on my car, it really hasnt been proven. Although the crank pulley does serve as a harmonic and torsional dampner(I'd rather make power elsewhere)

get new shorter belts and adjust them. this answer seems so simple.

Just tighten the belts. It's not that hard....

tighten the belts, its that alternator pulley you need to take off, i had one, it would idle so low that it would start draining my battery, keep in mind i don't have alot of stereo or electronic equipment

This probably has nothing to do with your problem....but just for advice, if you want a sound system in your car, don't change the alt pulley. I don't know if you have a stree or show car.....:D
