00'-03' compared to 04'-05'
Im sure this has been covered but i cant seem to find it by searching...anyway i want to buy an S2000 but cant afford the 2004 or 2005. Ive driven an 05 but havent driven the older ones, I want to buy and older one but i know they made a lot of changes in 2004 and i was just wondering if anyone has driven both and could tell me if its just worth waiting to buy an 04. thanks everyone
yeah i test drove both... and i just like the feel better in the ap1.... the 9k redline is beautiful......
however you gotta be a better driver in order to drive the ap1 to it's full potential....

hey guy, it's not hard. i'm 19, i went up to the dealership and was like lets talk money... lowball them when you do the deal. don't act like your dying to take the car home, if they don't try to negotiate walk out the door.
i was able to walk out the door with my 05 for 30.5k

they won't let you drive a brand new one unless you got all the forms done and ready to sign on the dotted line....you gotta go to a used dealership and find a used one to test drive

my dealership let me drive one, all i said i was interested in it and told him what i was looking for in terms of options. i guess its has to do with how you present yourself and also the dealership

where do you live? it depends a lil on that as well. i am 21, 1 accident, no tickets and paying 1800 a yr full coverage. been driving since 16
I live in wilmington NC, We have about 1000 wrecks a year on one road alone, those are the reported ones, So insurance is killer, im paying 95 a month for full coverage on my 96 accord.
