yea, it has to do with the tiny @$$ triangular flange on the greddy downpipe flange. if you email him i bet he could do a custom one, never hurts to ask... though it will probably be 2" flaired to 3"

bump - anyone else know - i heard from the size of the exhaust outlet a full 2.5" DP can easily fit.

do you guys recommend a 2.5 or 3in DP for my set up? i plan on doing dp, no cat, and 3in thermal exhuast on 8-10 psi. stock internals with 18g greddy kit

bro this is not going to be an off-the-shelf item. You have a turbo with a small discharge outlet, so it will definitely be a custom job. Try a local speed shop

hey just to help you out alittle we just made a custom 3" for my greddy kit on my 98 gsr last weekend. I just bought a 3" 180 bend and unbolted the little 2" dowpipe that came with the kit and layed it on the floor and cut the piece out of the 180 bend to match. I got all the stuff from kteller.com. It would of been alot easier if i would of used 2.5 instead of 3" cause its hard to turn the 3 threaded bolts to tighten it back up to the o2 housing. A standard 3" 3 bolt header flange fits we just used a dremel and made the holes alittle bigger to match up. I also took off my stock cat and Greddy evo. and put on the 3" kteller piping and 3" N1 muffler and made a 3" test pipe and all of this made a very noticeable diff. Hope this helps...

would a i lose much power if i only went with 2.5in DP? what would be the pros/cons?

its hard to believe no one makes an aftermarket DP for these Greddy 18G kits (kteller is for the civic kit )

are you going to make one from the turbo down or are you going to use the greddy elbow? that kteller one uses the greddy elbow of the turbo.there is a sponsor in the forcedinduction forum that makes flanges and i contacted him and he makes them for the greddy turbos.im going to make a 3"downpipe for mineand use k teler piping and the flange from that sponsor.my tuner made one for a customer and it turned out nice.sorry i dont have pics though
