Small Body Work Advice?
So a couple of years back, I decided it was time to roll my fenders more maximum clearence, etc...
So I brought the old baseball bat out and rolled them all over. Unfortunatly, like everyone else, the paint cracked and I only put ouch up paint on it for the short-term.
2 Years Later: It's now the "long-term" and like you can imagine its all rusted to hell and looks like sh*t. It has also created some small bubbles where the rust is spreading on the rear quarter panels.
The car is a black GSR and its a race car, so nothing fancy is neccessary, but before the season, I would like to fix it right. At this point, I doubt I will ever be able to match 10 year old faded black paint, so should I just sand all the old paint off on the inside of the fenders, primer and paint black using the Krylon touch?
Any opinions?

If you don't want the rust to keep destroying the rest of your fenders and what's left of your paint you need to remove it. If you cover it up with more paint it will still keep eating away at your fenders.
Grind it, wire brush it, whatever you have to do to remove the rust, then primer and paint.
You can also use a rust neutralizer that can be bought at a home improvement or auto parts store. Comes in a rattle can or brush-on. Turns rust into black iron-oxide. Remove as much rust as possible, apply according to directions, scuff, primer and paint.

Ok, now you are getting into a little different ballgame. My understanding of your original question is that you wanted the car to look good going around the track without hideous rust or paint bubbles. Basically, you were looking for a easy rattle-can job.
Properly blending it in and clear coating with the factory job is a bit more complicated. It would also take me too long to explain it properly in a post. It would take some time for me to show you how to do it correctly, let alone write it out. Plus, I don't know how significant your rust damage is. You might get a few layers of paint off your car and then realize you can put your finger through the fender because it's rusted out.
If you are willing to spend a little money, take it to an el-cheapo body shop(Maaco) and have them fix it. Or, you might be able to find a book at the library that explains the proper steps you need to take for repairs.
Sorry, but that's about the best advice I can give for a post.
