Block was painted with some crazy thick paint from the previous owner. I got some off, but I need aircraft remover for the rest.

I bought the car with the dash and doors already in it, but the guy actually cut the door at the top where it is too wide to slide the edge of the door panel over.

Then he just drilled new holes in the door and put machine screws in through the stock holes on the door panel.

there is about a 1 inch gap at the end of the panel towards the rear of the car, but it's pretty much unavoidable.
