I own a 2003 Accord EXL with a 5spd manual. I love the car, but wish it had more jam! Has anyone heard if Honda will ever put the V6 into the sedan with a MANUAL tranny?

Anyone turbo'd their 2003+ 2.4 Accords yet? That's an option, albeit a pricey one.

I haven't heard any rumors that Honda will equip the sedan with the 6-speed... But with a lot of other car makers offering sportier verisions of their sedans, you never know.

 

you could always do the job yourself, since all the parts are already made by honda...but i have to ask, why not just go with the coupe?

i cant speak for him, but its probably either a functionailty thing (young family, musician, etc) or he prefers the styling of the 4 door

 

I would imagine Honda would not offer such an option as they could easily justify not doing it because 'those who want a manual transmission V6 sedan would buy a TL' or something like that. You could do a swap or something, but why bother, buy a used '04 TL 6speed instead.
