greddy sp is relatively deeper than other cat backs out there. i had an sp on my 1st lude and now have an sp on my current lude. at most rpms, it's pretty quiet. at lower rpms is when you mostly hear the exhaust, which is pretty deep. at higher rpms, all you hear is motor (vtec and intake).
i have a brand new sp2 for sale if you're interested.
