Could this be buffed out?

i'm buyin some ctr headlights from some local guy and the only problem is there is a slight fading on one of the headlights, he says it can be buffed out. do u guys think it can?

so if HE thinks so, tell him to buff it out for an extra $20

yeah it can be buffed out... 1500 grit sandpaper. then 2000 grit... then 3M plastic polish and finish with Meguars PlastiX

No it cant be buffed out.

Who you buying them from so I can pick them biatches up?!

Nah but for real meguiars makes stuff that will clean that right off.
