Default Apexi digital VTEC AFC and Dynotuning with Wideband...

I have a 96 GSR with the following:
UR under drive crank pulley
AEM Type R CAI
BBK 70mm Throttle body
FP Regulator
Skunk 2 manifold
Civic Type R cams and AEM cam gears
DC 4-1 header (not JDM )
2 1/4 piping all the way (no cat)
Magnaflow Muffler
Apexi digital VTEC AFC
MSD COIL
MSD CAP
MSD WIRES
MSD Digital 6

Now I'm wondering since my combo is very mild compared to others I wonder if I really need Hondata or something expensive like that.

Could I just go to the Dyno hook it up to a Wide band and tune that way usind the apexi vtec controller and my fuel pressure regulator?

Are there any other options besides hondata and the whole obd1 deal?

Also what do you guys think my car will run with my current setup and falken azenis RT-215 Pure Sports ?
