NASA VIR weekend review and pics
Fantastic weekend
to NASA, the Cobetto's, Dan, JJ, Mark, Matt and all the rest of the officials for making it a great weekend. Everything ran really well and on time all weekend long. I didnt see anyone that wasnt having a great time. Seeing all the familar faces and friends around the paddock makes the NASA events the most fun.
My 2 students (black STi and white GSR w/ ITR motor + suspension) were awesome, rolling everything and a blast to work with. boost is good... mmmmmm... booost....
I brought the daily driver sled up with me this weekend and it was good to get some seat time in it. Inline-6 + RWD
tired *** 115,000 mile luxo-boat suspension
oak tree dorifto
- and before any of you ******* ask, I am NOT turning it into a track car! (I cant afford 17" track tires!) Did have a chance to flex my "internationizzleness" and drive Brian's LS integra (konis + 550# springs = nicey nice) and Adam's LS hatchcrap (buttyklubbs = nicey nice). Had a blast driving both of them (even though I made Adam sick
: Puke: ), thanks for the rides fellas
Having 20+ madison motorsports members at the track, on nearly every corner station, in grid and in every group on track - that was very cool. This club kicks some serious ***. Hopefully I can get more people in for rides in my car next time
And now some pics from the enduro

Parker Whitt is the owner now. I'm the former owner.
FYI, she's the best car the HC has ever seen

Hey - you even got my good side! (The one with matching wheels front and rear.) It was a pretty good weekend. If anyone sees official results for the races posted online, let me know? I didn't get a copy.

This was the best race I have seen in a while. I was pit crew for parker and his brother as well as chad. Parker drove the car to a 2.18 lap time which is great because this was the first weekend he had drove the car on track ever. Parker and Hunter did a great job driving the car and finishing the race. It was also great seeing Chad and Helms changing an axle in the pits in less than five mins then going out and finishing the race. Chad had bad luck not having a clutch and they drove the car all the way to the finish with I think only fourth and fifth gear. I have to give big props to Chad and Helms for driving as well as they did with the car in the condition it was is. Overall I think it was a great weekend and I look forward to next year and meeting more people.

You are definately not mistaken, that is the M1 competition nose. It's very race to see that nose in any color other than white though!

I got some video from oaktree, turn 5, and roller coaster of the honda-tech guys during the enduro. Shoot me an IM if you'd like me to email it to ya.
Man, that sure is one pimp Ford F250 PSD behind that 350Z ...
Assuming you were with that gaggle of Type R guys, did the (NYC) BMW guys find someone to tow the car home (or near home)?

Not sure, I left right around 4pm when they had determined it definitely needed to be towed. I'd assume the out-o-state R boyz are arriving home soon and will light up the boards.

It was left with bimmerworld to tow back to their shop and fix. We all appreciate anyone who was there helping.
