Its not bolt on, but this guy had some custom work to fit it in...Del So rad is the same as the Civic rad, all EG's... Unless you get a dual core for the Del Sol VTEC/SiR

any auto parts store... or run a aftermarket rad like fluidyne or koyo, they will work just fine

I have the del sol radiator from ebay that was 45 dollars shiipped. You cant beat that and it works great. No leaks and car stays cool. Oh yeah I'm not running a fan either so the car stays pretty cool i would say. I let it idle for about 40 minutes and no overheating.

I bought a civic radiator off ebay for about $40. It sits leaned back and I used the crx fan. The fan mounted to the opposite side of stock, and I reversed the polarity of the fan so that it would pull air the same direction throught the radiator. Didint even need a mount bracket because the hoses keep it in place very tightly, looks decent too. DO NOT try to use the 92-95 rad fan because it will not hook up, its to wide, and with a header it will hit the O2 sensor.

Full race makes mounts for an eg radiator on their bar. I have a full race bar on my car. The problem is that when you use the mounts that they have the radiator hits the hood. So What I did was not use the mounts and prop the radator up against the bar and tilt it back. I then added a custom mount to hold the radatior titled back. Its nothing fancy like the above. But I dont have alot of money and Im not much of a fabricator....

Cross member down low ? What kind of radiator mount is that on the upper radiator support?

My question is, is it possible to fit an oem del sol/civic radiator in a crx with stock cross member without leaning back? I know its possible, but i dont weld or anything, so what all would need to be done if it can be used?

I think last time i was reseraching this, it would basically sit down on the stock crossmember , and u just had to make a little bracket for the top piece. Am i misinformed?

If you run a Pro-Fab crossmember or a Place Racing Crossmember, It will fit right in & give you alittle more header clearance too.
