Default b16 head

What would need to be done to a b16 head in order for it to safely handle 9k rpm's every once in a while?

what he ment to say is basically new Valvetrain/-valves/retainers/springs
the question is ...why rev so high? because if its not tuned and or FULLY BUILT motors stop making power at about 8600 so unless its TUNED/BUILT
you wont be doing nothing reving the motor that high...
