Ok, whats are some light 17" wheels. I have 18kg 16" wheels (inc types) on my car, and want to go up in size, but down in weight. What are the weights of some reputable 17" wheels, and if possible, can you show images or links?

(btw: Is 18kg's light for a 16" wheel + tyre?)

I'm not sure if Racing Hart still makes the CP035s...but last time I checked, they were REALLY light.

 

most def' the Volk CE-28n's, I think randmotorsports just got some in, I forget the weight of them but its damn light for 17"

Se37ks are 14.3lbs each in 17x7.5 form

 

the cp035 is the lightest wheel on the market as we speak.the mugen and spoon should be the lightest for 16s.

 

The lightest wheels in 17 inch:
CE-28N = 14
SE-37K = 16

Go to the ITR forum and search! This has been covered already and the CE-28N are out and ready to be ordered.

 

Thats with the tyres, = 40 lbs. Yeah its a tad heavy, which prompts the post.

But if price isn't a consideration, I would go with Desmonds, Advans, Volks, or Work wheels

The best wheel you can find at a awesome price is hte OZ Superleggra. 17" just over 15lbs. You can get them at great prices....if you need a price email me.

 

I second the Kosei K1s;relatively light and cheap.
