Im considering painting my CRX matte-black. Wanted to see if you guys know anything about this color. Is it durable? Does it cost much? Have any of you seen it on a car before? Let me know what you think...

its suede black, not matt

 

Ive always heard of it referred to as "Matte". Even DuPont lists it as Matte black. But everyone calls everything something else.

 

To do it right you paint it base coat clear coat but in the clear you put a flatting agent in it. So its like a normal paint job and you can wash it and wax it to prevent oxidation.
