He probably thinks the upward facing throttle body is a carbuerator. the 88-91 civic/crx dx cars all fuel injected but are dual point meaning they use 2 fuel injectors as opposed to four in mulitpoint fuel injected systems.
Try to search for mpfi swap to learn about what is needed as far as wiring changes to convert to mpfi. here is some other stuff you will need;
b16a engine and trans
mount kit
shift linkage
90-93 integra axles and intermediate shaft(engine may already have int shaft)
OBD0 VTEC ecu (PR3 or PW0) or convert to OBD1
wiring for VTEC sensors
then there are all the wear and tear parts you should replace:
water pump
timing belt
thermostat
all gaskets and hoses
plugs and plug wires
distributor cap and rotor
front and rear main seals
clutch
etc.
Good luck with the swap and remember to search because most likely the question you are going to ask has been answered before.
