Default Rim Repair Looks Like New?

Hi guys i just wanted to know if i get a rims repaired will it look like normal will it be a spot spot or would it be just like new i never had a rim repair before but today i hit a pot holt at about 60 mph and got my rim bent wanted to know if you guys would know how much it would cost and is it worth fixing thanks alot.

yea i had that done... cost $150 and looked perfect... i ended up bending a second one, so it wasn't worth it, i ended up buying new wheels because i couldn't find replacements. if they are common wheels, buy a new one, unless they are esp. expensive

For the most part, it will look new. If you are meticulous, there are differences you will notice.

i guess it depends on the quality of the repair, the color/finish of the wheel, because i am picky as hell, but i forgot what wheel had been repaired

they heat up the metal in order to bend it back... the heat may discolor it a tiny bit, but you probably won't notice unless you'r really looking for it.
