Default Just installed my springs!!!

It took me a freakin day and a half only because 1) It's my first time installing springs 2) Most of the time I was by myself 3) 1st time made me screw up a lot FRUSTRATING!!!@ But I'm glad it's done and I did it all by myself. YAY!!! Some screwups I did was leaving the wire sensor brackets outside of the damper, installing both rear springs after realizing that they were front springs. DOH!@@# And the toughest part was aligning those stupid bolts`!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks almost perfect. They are Sprints 1.5" and I hope it'll go down when they settle, which poses a question.........

How much more will it go down and how long will it take to settle???
10cm? 5cm? 1 year to settle??

Usually they drop a somewhere between 02"~0.5" in general. Most eibach's do that at least.

Was it complicated to change springs besides it being hard?

Since it was my first time, yes it was complicated. BUT, if I did it again (In which I'll never do again by myself) It would be a cinch. Since I messed up and had to uninstall, then install, then uninstall from my mistake, then install again, it got easier and faster. So I say, it would be frustrating if it was your first time, but very easy the second.

a day and a half? Wow, it takes me 5 minutes to raise or lower my baja.. 2 bolts and out comes one shock, adjust the torsion bars with a wrench and your done!

Edit : Why do I always forget these things? Good to hear you got all that crap installed now One less thing to worry about

Hey, if only you lived in Florida, I would get springs for my car! I found the comptech springs at a really good price, but the installation would cost more than the springs itself! I would rather you to do mine, cuz you probably wouldn't charge me as much as those rip off installation places...

Anyway, post pis when you get a chance, I wanna see the drop!

Congrats on doing it yourself. Bet it feels good.

My first doing springs/shocks, it took about 11 hours over 2 days. I even had to go buy a compressor and impact gun. At least I use it a lot now.

Now I can do spring/shock combos in Integras and Civics in about 30 minutes for all 4. It'll only get easier.
