auto to manual.. searched... sensors on clutch pedal

alright I have a 96 civic auto. and I just put in 97 integra pedals. all is fine except there are two sensors(plugs) on teh clutch pedal.. and I dont see them anywhere under my dash.. do i really need them? Also about wiring the (two fat) wires. I just cut the harness and wire them together? the harness that used to hook to the auto shifter. please help

Okay the wires on the pedal don't worry about they won't be needed since your car was an automatic to begin with. The one wire you do have to ground out is on the wire harness for the automatic shifter. The car will not start unless it is in park. Find this wire and ground it. Or if you really want to get fancy you can take that wire and run it to the pedal. Than the other side to ground so you can only start the car if the clutch is in just like a manual trans.
