The Acura dealer said that they might need my car for a few weeks(3-4) to figure out of the problem. I told them I will need a loaner car, but they said to call back on monday. I was just thought about it, will I be able to get a loaner car if I'm only 18years old. It will be warranty work so isn't it only fair that they give me a car while mine is out of commission? In fact I will have to have a car, no way around it unless they want to arrange for me to sleep at the dealer for a few days.
It all depends on the dealers regulations and insurance policy. I would check with them, they should be able to let you know. Most rental co. won't rent you a car I know that though.
i got a loaner at 23, i had them do my valves after the service manager said it was going to be covered under warrenty, then once it was apart they refused to warrenty it, so i had to pay for new valves, i had the loaner for 5 weeks
good luck
p.s. i overreved the car
