My ignition switch alarm that would chime everytime that there's a key have gone bad. It would not shut off anymore everysince the little switch inside got messed-up and the driver's door is open. Usually as soon as the key is remove from the ignition switch, the key would hit this part of the switch and the chime would not start as long as there's no key in the ignition.

This thing is driving me crazy that everytime that I have to lock the door(s), the driver's side door had to be closed and lock it from the outside. I know that it's a good safety feature of this car but right now it is giving me some grieve.

Does anyone encountered this problem and have any ideas on how to fix it or perhaps disable it all together? It would be nice to have it again but it just stopped working.
