Default 89 dx engine question - D15B2

First, I know jack and **** about cars. K now thats out of the way.
I finally got the car. 1998 civic dx hatch http://chaotik.info/me/hatch.jpg

I've been looking on the net. I just want a JDM D15B2 or another engine that will fit my car. I don't need it fast or anything.

I have found alot of them. My situation is this.... My car is Automatic (so my wife can drive too hahaha BLAH). I feel stupid for asking. Are these motors im seeing made for a Manual or what? None of them really say that its for auto or manual trans.

So, whats a good engine I can get, for reliability not speed?

Really dont matter what they are made for you can use the stuff from your old motor if the new motor has manual flywheel
