i recently changed the header and exhaust back to stock and the engine light came on like 2 days after so i jumped the ecu and it shows code 45. i reset the ecu the light was gone i thought it just because i didnt reset the ecu when i change the header and exhaust but next day the CEL came back again.
so now when i rev and let go the pedal the rpm drops down to around 2-300 it stays there for a while then slowly going back up to normal

what could possibly cause this happen? will it be the o2 sensors or will spark plug wires can have something to do with it because 2 of the plugs inside which to the distrbutor were fell off and i just fixed them for now

btw, the y8 is stock
