Default Oil in Intake Manifold (b18c1)

The car is a '92 cx with a '95 b18c1. Ever since I have had my swap, the secondaries have been broken on the manifold. Not due to wiring, but due to the fact that the mount they screw into was completely stripped out.

So this afternoon I proceeded to break down the manifold so that I could replace the middle sandwiched piece that contains the secondaries and actuator. I removed some neccessary parts and got the bolts holding the intake manifold together out, and then removed the secondaries assembly. When I did this I found that there was a decent sized pool of oil resting in the first part of the intake manifold. The part connected to the throttle body.

What could be causing this? I think it is just oil that has been sucked up through the breather hose into the intake arm, but I am not sure. Any ideas guys?

I just wanted to ask for a few opinions before I put the thing back together.

It is from the PCV, not the breather, the breather is where the air comes from and the PCV is where that air comes out.

If your PCV system is clogged or has leaks then it will allow the oil to be sucked in from the breather which will leave oil resude on your intake, but this is usually if you dont change the oil frequently .
