Default headlight lens
99 Accord headlight lens has a small area with a clear crust on it. I tried to polish it off with rubbing compound but it stays. What is it and how do I remove it?

try Mother's Aluminum Wheel Polish. It'll take anything off a headlight and leave it looking brand new. By the way, how did you get rust on your headlight?

He said crust.. probably the UV protection coating coming off.
