which coilover is best for H22A eg sedan?

what is the best spring rate for front and rear? what brand and type is the best for daily and drag use?thanks.

Try the Suspension Forum, maybe that's why they ADDED it.

look into the Progress group. They make a coilover specifically for h22 swapped civics..........and look in the susp forum............John
