I have a GSR motor in an EG. Currently running a DC JDM ITR header --> 2.25" piping --> stock CX mufler. I know this muffler is a big restriction but i wanted something stock looking, quiet for daily driving purposes (cops) and because i run open header at he track anywayz. I picked up a stock GSR muffler because i wanted something stockish looking and better flowing than the CX muffler. I was wondering if it will fit? Anyone running an Integra muffler on their EG?

 

I have an ITR muffler on my Sedan hooked up to 2 1/4 piping and it works fine. Only thing i dont like is the raspy sound i get

 

cool, you know if the rear ends of the 4dr and hb are different in size? Like space wise in the muffler area? Did you have to do any modifications for the muffler to fit?

 

IMO better off gettin a ctr exhaust

 

I think they might be the same as far as axle back. Mine fit no prob, its actually a little short, under the bumper more, but that might be different on a hatch

 

I have a type r muffler on my 93 civic ex, and it fits fine, a little short though, so I assume the gsr muffler would fit the same.
Anyone know if a 93 civic EX muffler will fit on a EG hatchback?

 

if your cars a dx with the stock piping it might fit. i tried to fit one on my dx hatch with a sway bar and it woudnt fit.
