difference between 90-91 ls pr4 ecu
The only difference between the 90 PR4 (PR4-A01, A02, L01, L02) integra ECU and the 91 PR4 (PR4-A10, A60, L10, L60) is that the 90 version has an external PA sensor and the 91 version has an internal PA sensor.
Rev limits would be the same...

my '91 only revs to 6800 in stock form so maybe your 'boys' ecu is chipped with one of those lovely Ebay programs out there
