Default Squeeky clutch pedal

I have 53,000 miles on my 00 Si... I am very careful with the gearbox because they are made of glass. I just developed a squeeky clutch pedal a little while ago. I tried bleeding the clutch and it seemed to fix the problem for about 2-3 days but now it is back. Is this just a worn throwout bearing?
