does 2000 civic Lx air box and piping for intake fit a 99 civic si?? i have the Lx one but havent seen if it fits, my AEM cold air just sucks water in my engine constintly due to know wheel well so i think the stock air box is the way to go if it fits, if anyone wants the Aem ColdAir give me offeres or pm me.
id imagine it would be restrictive.
Either get the bypass valve or just cut your current CAI and put the filter on the end. Just make sure you file off the little metal flashings - Thus turning into a short ram.
And if you need to put the CAI part back on, you can just get some connecting hose and clamps at a hardware store.

or do that, why do you need the LX box then if you have stock piping and a filter?
I figured you didnt have it, and needed to go stock. I was trying to save you some money. The CAI is just a bent metal tube, easy cut to make short ram.
