Recently it has been freezing cold in the NE. The first nite it froze over, I blew a fuse in my car. The lights started pulsing, the speedometer was erratic, and eventually the battery drained and would not recharge after a couple days. I took it to the shop, and they said it was a fuse. Didn't say which one, or where. But it cost me 80 dollars to get fixed. Well, it happened again tonite. I want to replace it myself, but I was not informed by the shop which fuse, and where it was located. It will cost me 10 to fix if i know where and what fuse needs replacing. Reading around Google, I see the symptoms are similar to fuse 15 problems.
I just need to know where the fuse is located under the hood, and if anyone has any idea which fuse is which.
Thankz

Under the hood theres a cluster of them near the battery, you have to remove the cover and youll see a whole bank of them under there,
remove the fuse and inspect. if the little semi-conductor wire is broken, that's your answer. there is also a batch of them under the driver side dash.
