i have a jdm b16 in my 91 integra, and it is just running like **** seems not to be getting enough fuel, i changed the fuel filter, fuel pump,injectors and seals, and when i rev it up it starts to sputter at 2900, and then when i full throttle it it just boggs down and trys to die , the fuel pump as been sitting around and the kid said it has not been used it worked fine,maybe went bad not sure, i have a a/f gauge and when i rev it up it goes 5 bars lean, any ideas? any opinions is helpfull. thanks

do a valve job/change the timing belt right before this happen?

 

not right before, maybe like a month before, i tried installing a skunk2 manifold and the 1 sensor got in the way of the fuel rail so, i had to put it back to stock, when we put it back to stock my buddy started it and kept reving it and at just die out of gas, so we got 5 gallons tried starting it up again and thats when my prob. started, so we changed the fuel pump, filter, injectors & seals, and added the gauge and it was still doing the same thing, i dont think its getting enough fuel b/c i richen it out on the vafc and it does the same ****. i was going to bring it somewhere but im jobless and have no money, but i have a feeling its the fuel pump so i might change that today, but if you come across anything else you might think it may be please help me out, thanks
