what year did obdII start for integra is it 96 as well

Yes. On Board Diagnostics(OBD) is not something that is Make or model specific it pertains to most all cars.

tell me the code on the side of the ecu and i'll tell you:

it should say 37820-p75-xxxx

tell me what it says on the x part
