my steelies have some rust on them so I was thinking about paitning over them to get them black again....what do I need to do to make sure the rust doesn't come thru or atleast make it not visible for a long time? do I need to spray....(damnit why can't I think of the name....the grey stuff you spray on ebfore you actually paint....*sigh I feel retarded) oh well you know what I mean or should I do something else? Cuz i want to sell my car soon its a stock 98 civic ex coupe 77,000 miles I'm wanting to buy a 00 integra

 

Go to your local discount parts or something get some primer and the color you choose and have fun with it!
