4300K is the most useable light, its like sunlight. If you want the ricer blue which is not very useable or functional light then search for a higher "K" temperature range kit. Like 6000K or higher.

These will not get you pulled over. They're pure white with a hint of blue if you have projectors. These are the same HID's used in high end vehicles such as Bmw's and Audi's. The blue and purple effect is caused by the projectors. If you look directly at it, it's pure white.
