Sprak plug chamber problems

ok my 2 and four chamber keeps popping out the spark plug wire. im guessing the following. the engine is also running very rough

1 my car is ruinning on 2 cylynders
2 spark plug wires bad
3 i have no clue.

any words of wisdom

You got Honda OEM wires?

I think that could be your problem.

ok update:

compression check was ok. chamber 1 is misfiring. timing is good.

any new ideas
