Default h22 tranny issue

Ok...I tried this in the prelude section, so i am gonna try here as well. I have a 91 accord wagon with the the h22 swap as an automatic installed back in april of 04. My car is dropped like 2.5 in front and 2.0 on the rear. I lost my f22 tranny on the same car and I think I am having the same syptoms with this tranny. I visisted a honda shop eariler and told him of the symtoms and one thing he said is that the car might be dropped so low that it might be messing up the differentails on the tranny. Is this possible. The chasis/car wasn't made to be dropped so I figure this could have some truth. It is not making a grinding noise yet but is sounds like something is clattering loose or damaged. Any suggestions or advise.
