I've had this car for a little over a year, and I was just a few weeks away from selling it to my friend, but now this happens. I was planning to clean her up and take some nice shots too, but i guess that won't be happening.

I was sitting at a stoplight when a truck comes from behind (he said his brakes didn't grab) at 20mph and reams my car from behind. My rear windshield exploded outwards, and my change drawer tossed all my coins everywhere

But the oddest thing is that my ashtray opened, and showing was this blessed prayer given to me by my mom.

Either way i'm bummed because my friend wanted this car, and I was interested in seeing what he would do to it. And it's a shame to see it go out like this, she's near mint inside, i've never sat in seats as firm as these.

Here's the fun news though, I was planning on picking up my new car today...a gsr!

 

damn,sucks i know how you feel..same shyt happened to my 91 si ..luckly they didnt call it a total loss and it got fixed..good luck...(if u wanna part it out lemme know) but if not thats cool........... goodluck

I think the only thing that my friend doesn't have dibbs on is the steering wheel/hub.

Thanks for all the kind words. And you know what, I picked up the teg today, and it didn't really feel the same. Sure, it's a helluva lot faster, newer, comfortable, probably more reliable (HAH!), but it's missing that road-connectedness feeling, otherwise the go-kart sensation.

Hopefully in the future I might be able to find another clean hatch or crx. Until then, take care of your rides all. And keep checking those rear view mirrors
