Default what type of oil does my 5sp tranny use ?

what type of oil does my 5sp tranny use ? don't know cause i know some use auto tranny fluid and others use differential fluid ? is the a certain type ? its for a rebuilt tranny for a 94 accord lx 5 speed manuel thanks

honda manual transmission fluid, 5w30, or what i use gm syncromesh

gm syncromesh ?? whats that is it better than 5w30 ?

I thought it was 10w30. I used redline in my tranny.
