Default Buying boots on eBay??

I'm looking for a pair of Sidi's but don't have the bank for a brand new pair of Vertebra 2's or something. So I was just looking on eBay and found some pretty good deals. Would you guys recommend buying boots off eBay?? I know it sounds kinda sketch and funny but I'm thinking it might not be that bad. Thanks guys.

eBay is sometimes a crapshoot. Even with a seller with +50 / 100%, you could end up getting shafted. If the fitment isn't perfect, it would be your loss.

For a little bit more money, you could try http://www.terra-powersports.com/ or http://www.newenough.com/ Their return policies are very good (especially Terra).

They have good prices and if you don't have to have Sidis, there are several boots on New Enough's Closeouts section ( http://www.newenough.com/produ...s.htm )

Well as far as fitment, I would try them on in a store first. And so far, with all my eBay purchases, its been so far so good, I've bought far more expensive things and had good luck.

Congrats, then. I haven't been as lucky as you.

That sucks dude, I'm sorry. Yeah I've bought my Skunk2 coils for my old car on there, my full Apex exhaust, clear corners, amber corners, a drop kit for my **** buddy's truck, pictures, posters, buttloads of stuff.
What did you get screwed out of??

Try the boots on at a store then buy online. Most of those places just buy up stock when stores close up and liquidate or they buy up stores last years models.

Make sure they have a clean title and have never been down.

The more expensive something is, the greater the likelihood is that you will get ripped off on eBay...that is what I have noticed.

You can give it a shot, but buyer beware. I got my Vert2s for $180

Hmmmm...how much you looking to get for them?? I wasn't really going for a red scheme but if the price is right, I'll think about it.
