Default should I buy this ITR block&head for $3,450?

I found this new, unused Genuine Acura Factory Integra Type-R B18C5 Short Block and Head from Ebay. they retail for $4726.06; this is the head and block Acura uses in the 1998 - 2001 ITR and are not rebuilt. The head and block are shipped seperately and not pre-assembled together. The block is completely assembled and the head come with the valves, guides and springs assembled.

I have a 99 GSR with blew motor in it, would this block and head direct fit my GSR? do I have to get new head gasket?
