Which injectors to fix "hesitant" throttle problem

I explained my problem once before and some told me that it was my injectors.
Basically at cruising speeds, the motor is 'hesitant' or slightly bogging when on the throttle very lightly. At WOT or at over 1/4 throttle, the car has no problems.
I need some advice from people who have first gen b16a's. What type of injectors did you use? What's the best way of cleaning them? Seafoam?
I have no CEL or codes thrown.
Also, I have this other problem that seems to be more tranny/clutch related.
I notice that my car is really jerky when I let off the gas quickly. Or when I am in second gear in a traffic jam, I try to keep a constant pressure on the gas so that I glide smoothly (this is where the "bogging" kicks in as well). But I can't seem to keep the car from jerking so much. Any ideas?
TIA

When my injectors started acting up i switched to saturated. You can use pre-obd, obd1, and obd2 injectors. Each obd has a different injector clip. Get injector clips to match or a dremel. If you decide to run saturated injectors (obd1/2), you'll have to remove your resistor box. To keep the wiring factory looking find an obd1 block off plug (same thing as soldering all the wires together when you remove the resistor box) and depin the harness side of the resistor box plug. Install all the wires into the block off plug. No solering required and resistor box is deleted.
