Default Integra 2000 Changing the back light of the dash ...

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how difficult / costly it would be to change the color of the dash back light?

I'd like a color a little brighter then the OEM, often times it hard to read...

Thanks alot,

ACG

Take out your cluster and replace the three 168 bulbs to the hypewhite ones. Try Eurolite as they are cheap.

Yeah, its a whole 5 or 6 screws. I did it at work in 10 minutes total time. I put in the blue bulbs from Advance Auto. Not too thrilled with the turnout. It looks nice, but I think I'd rather have red. If you are looking for something bright white would be best to go with. The stock bulbs are white, but have a blue "condom" on them. I kinda followed Team-Integra's directions. I didn't disconnect the plugs from the back of the dash, I just reached around since there was plenty of room to turn the dash a little after removing the screws. Then I just twisted and pulled out the bulbs, replaced em and screw it all back together. Really simple and way better than stock.
