if you are looking for a good cheap place to have your engine built i call this guy john he used to work at stoids and now has his own shop 214-796-7007 he just opened up in feb. and he does all the engine work for velocity. but i would only have him build you short block, as for having head work done go to larry at endyn he is the only one who has enough data on the flow characteristics of honda heads that i know of besides honda
